IPC Trainer
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IPC Trainer to join our dynamic team. The IPC Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs on IPC standards and procedures, ensuring our team members are proficient in the latest industry practices.
Responsilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs on IPC standards, including IPC-A-610, IPC-J-STD-001, IPC/WHMA-A-620, and IPC-7711/7721.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions to teach proper soldering techniques, wire harness assembly, PCB assembly, and repair.
- Assess the training needs of employees and create customized training plans to address skill gaps.
- Evaluate trainees’ performance and provide feedback and certification based on IPC standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IPC standards and industry best practices.
- Prepare training materials, manuals, and presentations
- Ensure all training programs comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Track and report on training progress and outcomes.
- Provide technical support and guidance to trainees and team members.
Qualifications:
- IPC Certification (CIT – Certified IPC Trainer) is required.
- Master IPC trainer (MIT – Certified IPC Trainer) is ideal.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing and assembly.
- In-depth knowledge of IPC standards and procedures.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
